In response to the strong increase in demand for professional consulting services related to the economic relations between Poland and Ukraine, the Management Board of the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce has established the PUIG Business Consulting Center (hereinafter referred to as CDB). Based on the agreement of October 29, 2022, the management of the newly established Center was entrusted to the "Consortium managing CDB" (Consortium) established by Empiria Consulting sp. z o. o. based in Warsaw and Dryps Consulting based in Sosnowiec.
According to the above agreement, CDB PUIG is represented individually by: Dr. Andrzej Wrębiak – Managing Director and Roman Dryps – Operations Director
CDB PUIG is a structure presenting the highest standards in terms of practical knowledge and ethics of conducted consulting confirmed by over 30 years of experience of Consortium members in providing broadly understood economic consulting services, with particular emphasis on the Polish and Ukrainian markets.
The situation in Ukraine poses a special challenge for the economic entities of our countries to operate the Centre in new, often extreme conditions. This often requires searching for non-standard solutions based on constantly updated knowledge and contacts that allow for ensuring the credibility and effectiveness of the actions taken. The CDB PUIG team is ready to engage in projects of any level of complexity while maintaining the requirement of their legality.

Implementation of CDB PUIG activities taking into account the legal order of the Republic of Poland and Ukraine and the assumptions of the code of business ethics developed on the basis of the recommendations of the National Chamber of Commerce and the Institute for Research on Private Enterprise and Democracy, using the guidelines of the Institute of Business Ethics from London.

Strategic consulting on possible strategies for creating, running and relocating a business, along with recommendations;
Practical ongoing advice in Polish, Ukrainian and Russian regarding all aspects of establishing and running a business in Poland and Ukraine, including:
Conducting all civil law activities in direct cooperation with Polish and Ukrainian entrepreneurs. Starting from the start of business and its continuation;
Registration of a business entity in the territory of Poland or Ukraine in the form of a commercial company or sole proprietorship, organizing and coordinating activities in the field of legal, accounting and tax consulting, obtaining all licenses and permits necessary for conducting business;
Representing a Ukrainian entrepreneur before all offices
and state and local government institutions on the territory of Poland and a Polish entrepreneur to the same extent on the territory of Ukraine;
Support for Polish and Ukrainian clients in the area of marketing through:
Assistance in preparing a promotion plan for the services/products provided and then achieving the set goals in Poland and Ukraine;
Consulting on building relationships with groups of recipients of services and/or products (customers, media, influencers, etc.) in Poland and Ukraine;

Active participation in negotiations with financial institutions (banks, investment funds) regarding obtaining funding for entrepreneurs in starting a business in Poland;
Comprehensive transaction advisory in the field of capital mergers and acquisitions from identifying potential investors/investment targets to concluding appropriate purchase/sale agreements
Handling personal matters of Ukrainian entrepreneurs in the scope of legality of stay and employment in the territory of Poland;
Advanced consulting in the field of economic security when conducting business activities in Poland and Ukraine;
The cooperation always takes place on the basis of a concluded agreement for the provision of consulting services concluded with a company that is a member of the Management Consortium, which specifies the scope of tasks performed by CDB PUIG and the cost of their implementation.
