Our Mission and Vision

Technology Transfer Center of the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (CTT PUIG) was established as a platform for cooperation between the scientific community and the business sector. Our mission is to support enterprise innovation through the transfer of knowledge and technology, and the commercialization of research results. CTT PUIG creates a platform for exchanging experiences, building partnerships, and implementing modern solutions on a national and international scale, with particular emphasis on Polish-Ukrainian cooperation.

Why the Technology Transfer Center?

Globalization and the development of a knowledge-based economy require the rapid implementation of innovations and close cooperation between science and industry. CTT PUIG responds to these challenges by creating an effective bridge between universities, research institutes, enterprises and business environment institutions.

OBJECTIVES AND AREAS OF ACTION

Transfer of knowledge and innovation: exchange of experiences, standards and good practices, implementation of innovative technologies and innovative projects, development of cooperation between science and enterprises.

Commercialization of research: supporting research and development projects, implementing research results into the economy, creating R&D cooperation models for companies and universities.

EU financing and funds: advice on obtaining funds from EU structural funds, support in the preparation of innovation and investment projects.

Internationalization of enterprises: support for the internationalization of company activities, international technology transfer, building transnational partnerships.

Scientific cooperation between Poland and Ukraine

CTT PUIG actively supports scientific cooperation between Poland and Ukraine through:

  • organization of internships, apprenticeships and research programs for scientists and students,
  • support for Ukrainian academic startups in the commercialization of projects,
  • organization of conferences and scientific seminars,
  • assistance in publishing scientific papers and acquiring academic achievements,
  • support in the recognition of diplomas and academic titles,
  • assistance in employing scientists in Poland,
  • support in obtaining grants, scholarships and EU funds.

CTT PUIG implements projects based on four key cooperation models:

  • development of research and development facilities in scientific units,
  • development of R&D facilities in enterprises,
  • joint research and development and technology implementation,
  • participation in national and international technology transfer networks.

Organizational structure

The Technology Transfer Center operates as an organizational unit of the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce. The Center's activities are coordinated by the EUROPEAN StartUP Institute, represented by Dr. Tadeusz Trocikowski.
