The UNIMOT Group is an independent fuel and energy group, which in its multi-energy offer has: diesel oil (ON), engine oil, gasolines, biofuels (Bio), liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), natural gas (including LNG), asphalt products, electricity, energy resources (including hard coal and ultimately biomass), as well as aviation and marine fuels. Since 2016, the company has been a member of the AVIA International association, thanks to which it was the first Polish company to obtain the right to build and develop a network of AVIA petrol stations in Poland and Ukraine.
UNIMOT has over 30 years of experience in the fuel market, specializing in wholesale of diesel oil and distribution of other liquid fuels, both in the country and abroad. The company is also developing the photovoltaic segment, including under the AVIA Solar brand, and is investing in other renewable energy sectors.
In April 2023, the UNIMOT Group finalized the transaction of acquiring the assets of Lotos Terminale (currently UNIMOT Terminale), including 9 fuel terminals and two asphalt production plants. UNIMOT thus acts as an Independent Logistics Operator, being the third player on the fuel storage market, and also ranks second on the asphalt production market in Poland.
Since March 2017, the company has been listed on the main floor of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
