YouControl — is a Ukrainian IT company with over 10 years of experience developing products based on open data. It is also the creator of a comprehensive analytical system of the same name, used for compliance, business intelligence, OSINT, due diligence in the area of financial and tax monitoring, and compliance with ESG standards. The system generates a complete dossier on every company and individual doing business in Ukraine, drawing on data from over 220 sources, tracking changes, and visualizing connections.
YouControl contains the most comprehensive database of Ukrainian and foreign politically exposed persons (PEPs) and their associated individuals (LIPs). It allows you to check whether a contractor is on international sanctions lists and provides access to up-to-date information about individuals from over 100 open, official sources.
In 2024, YouControl was ranked RegTech100 — a list of the 100 most influential and innovative companies in the field of regulatory technologies, setting new standards with modern solutions.
The YouControl ecosystem includes, among others: YC World — a tool for searching, creating, and visualizing connections and uncovering hidden relationships worldwide. YC World contains information from over 350 data sources from 80 countries. The system allows you to check the ultimate beneficial owners of companies, their connections to national public figures, their presence on sanctions lists, and other relationships revealed by assets and accounts across over 230 million established connections.
As part of its social mission, the company provides special access to its products for journalists and social activists to conduct fact-checking, investigative analyses, analytical research, and public procurement analysis.
To promote honesty and awareness there is also YouControl Academy — an educational platform offering open online courses. The project was created by YouControl in collaboration with international experts. The courses are authored by specialists in open data, compliance, financial monitoring, OSINT, and AML from over 20 countries.
