Individual clients who are citizens of Ukraine are exempt from fees for:
The process of opening an account at a branch for Ukrainian citizens has been simplified.
It would be enough to:
– identity document: passport or Temporary Foreigner's Identity Certificate,
– TIN – Ukrainian tax identification number,
– Polish phone number.
The Bank does not charge any fees for transferring funds to bank accounts held in Ukraine from an individual client's account (regardless of the sender's citizenship). The fee will be refunded within 2 business days.
The fee waiver is valid until the end of March 2022.
