On April 19, a new version of the Law on Public Procurement in Ukraine comes into force.
“It will be a huge scope of changes and an update of the ProZorro platform. The change of the rules on tenders will make the structure of public procurement more efficient, fair and open to business,” says Vasyl Zadvornyy, CEO of ProZorro.
Among the important changes, it is worth mentioning the reduction of the threshold determining the necessity to conduct tenders using the Prozorro platform from UAH 200 to UAH 50.
