Sygnis SA is a technology company listed on the NewConnect market, focusing primarily on hardware technologies, particularly innovative additive manufacturing techniques. The company combines research and development, implementation, and service activities, offering comprehensive solutions for industry, the scientific sector, and strategic applications.

Main areas of activity

1. Research and Development (R&D)

Sygnis conducts numerous research and development projects, often co-financed by NCBiR and EU funds.

Developed technologies include:

    • SYGLASS – 3D printing of low-temperature glass, developed by the special purpose vehicle Syglass Sp. z o. o.;
    • DIW (Direct Ink Writing) – printing of multi-component materials and pastes with special properties;
    • DEPO – a unique 3D printing technology with glassy carbon, allowing the creation of electrodes, sensors and bioengineering elements.

Many projects are conducted in an interdisciplinary model, at the interface of materials science, engineering, medicine and nanotechnology.

2. Products and technology commercialization

  • The company develops and introduces its own devices and hardware solutions to the market, including printers. F-NISSYGLASS_01   SYGPAST.
  • DEPO technology enables the creation of innovative components for industry (defense, automotive, aerospace) and the bio/med sector.
  • Through spin-offs and acquisitions, Sygnis is building a broad portfolio of technologies that will ultimately have global commercial potential.
  • The company produces 3D printers under a perpetual license: FAB and i500, which it acquired as a result of the purchase of the Zmorph Group. These are products targeted at education and SMEs.

3. Services for industrial customers

  • Sygnis implements comprehensive projects in a one-stop-shop mode, including prototyping, short-series production and implementation of additive technologies in customer processes.
  • It offers the integration of 3D printing systems in industrial enterprises and advice on the selection of materials and equipment.
  • The company operates in a B2B model, supporting clients from the industrial, scientific and technological sectors.

4. Strategic and dual-use projects

  • Sygnis is involved in civil, defense and industrial projects such as:
    • Deployable Advanced Manufacturing (DAM) – project of mobile production units and distributed parts logistics in cooperation with 3YourMind,
    • European Drone Factory (EDF) – an international initiative in which Sygnis, as the leader, cooperates with partners from many countries on the construction of a European center for the production and development of unmanned aerial systems, using its competences in additive technologies.
  • These projects are in line with global trends of increasing the flexibility and resilience of supply chains and the growing importance of dual-use technologies.
