The Warsaw Employment Office invites employers to take advantage of free and professional services supporting their recruitment processes and employment placement.
What can an employer gain from cooperation with the employment office?
- Access to potential employees
The Warsaw City Labour Office has in its database of candidates over 2 people of Ukrainian nationality representing various professions and specialties. The Office can search its database of job offers in terms of, among others, the candidate's education, language skills and professional qualifications.
- Support in the recruitment process
The employees of the employment office can organize a meeting with candidates who meet the employer's requirements at the service point at ul. Marszałkowska 77/79 or at the employer's headquarters. The office will call, arrange a meeting, and can also initially present the employer's offer. The employer is not obliged to employ any of the people who come to the meeting.
- Covering the costs of Polish language courses and tests for sanitary and epidemiological purposes
If the employer is determined to employ a specific unemployed person, the employment office may finance the indicated vocational training.
The employer does not have to bear any costs related to the future employee's participation in the courses.
- The employment office has funds to improve the qualifications of unemployed people from Ukraine. It carries out Polish language training to prepare for work in industries such as: transport and storage, trade, gastronomy, maintaining order, childcare
and dependent persons. The course lasts 4 weeks. - The Office covers the costs of the examination for sanitary and epidemiological purposes. It is possible to finance training for unemployed people, e.g. in operating a forklift, a package
MS Office etc. according to the employer's needs
- Support in financing part of the salary costs of an unemployed person if they are employed under intervention work
An employer who employs unemployed persons referred by the employment office for intervention work receives a refund of part of the remuneration costs in the amount 1 464 zł each month. Intervention work lasts for a maximum of 6 months, after which the employer is obliged to maintain employment for another 4 months.

- Salary subsidy for employing an unemployed person aged 50+
The employer may receive a subsidy in the amount PLN 1.
Co-financing of the salary of an unemployed person aged 50 and over referred by the employment office is available for the period of:
- 12 months for unemployed persons aged 50-60,
- 24 months for unemployed persons over 60 years of age.
The employer is obliged to continue employing the unemployed after the end of the subsidy for a period equal to at least half of the subsidy period, i.e.:
- for a period of 6 months in the case of a 12-month subsidy for the remuneration of persons
aged 50-60; - for a period of 12 months in the case of 24-month wage subsidy for persons over 60 years of age.

- Refund support part of the costs of equipping or retrofitting the workplace
The refund may be granted in an amount not higher than 6 times the average salary (as of 13.06.2022/37/411,32 – amount PLN XNUMX))
The funds must be used to equip or furnish a work station created for the unemployed person referred. The contract is valid for 24 months. If the first person who took up employment resigns, the employment office will assign another person to that position, meeting the employer's requirements for knowledge and competence.

- Support in organizing an internship for an unemployed person, during which the employer can find out whether the selected person is the employee they are looking for
An unemployed person may be referred for an internship. The proposed internship period cannot be shorter than
3 months and longer than 6 months. The internship is based on an agreement concluded with the employer according to the program attached to the submitted application, which specifies the name of the profession, scope of tasks, type of qualifications obtained and the method of their confirmation, as well as the supervisor of the person covered by the internship program. The employer finances the costs of medical examinations of the accepted intern.
The intern receives an internship stipend paid by the labor office in the amount of PLN 1. The employer is obliged to employ the person after the internship for a period of 565 months.

IMPORTANT! It is the employer who decides independently which of the persons meeting the requirements will be employed by them in a position covered by the subsidy or will complete an internship with them.
How can an employer take advantage of the employment office's offer?
- The first step is to submit a job offer on the website praca.gov.pl. The offer can be submitted online warszawa.pl/form_oferty/form_oferty-kr.php. If the employer wants to employ Ukrainian citizens, he should mark the point in the form that the offer It is also to be addressed to refugees from Ukraine.
The offer will be published in the nationwide Central Job Offer Database – offer.praca.gov.pl and will also be translated into Ukrainian.
After receiving the application, the employment office will check its database to see if it has candidates who meet the employer's expectations.
- In the case of offers covered by reimbursement, the employer submits the appropriate application.
- Employment office employees are available to employers at every stage of their employee search.

Notification of employment is free of charge.
